A bright, floral, bubbly riff on the classic French 75, upgraded with Tamarico’s gentle heat and Skeptic Gin’s aromatics.

Base:
Skeptic Gin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Skeptic Gin
  • 0.5 oz Tamarico
  • 1 oz prosecco simple (or 1:1 simple)
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon
  • Splash mineral water
  • 1 dash lavender bitters

Directions:

  1. Short shake all ingredients (except mineral water).
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Top with mineral water.
